Travel Support is an independent US-based travel information and booking-support service. We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any business relationship with Delta Air Lines, Inc. or any other carrier.

- When you call us: your name, phone number (via caller ID), travel dates, itinerary details, and — only if you choose to book with us — payment card information.
- When you email us: your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- When you request a call back or submit a form: whatever fields the form contains, which is typically name, phone, and a short description of what you need.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on each page.
- Interaction information: which links you clicked, whether you tapped the call button.
- Advertising identifiers: if you arrived from a Google Ads click, the click ID (gclid) associated with that click.
Cookies & similar technologies
- Strictly necessary cookies that make the site work (for example, remembering your cookie consent choice).
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site in aggregate.

- Travel providers you authorize. If you decide to book, we share the details necessary to complete the booking with the airline or travel provider you selected.

- Service providers who help us operate the business (hosting, analytics, telephony, customer support tools). These providers act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
- Advertising partners such as Google, for measuring ad performance. This sharing is subject to your consent choice under the cookie banner.
- Authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Travel Support and its users.
- In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), with notice to you where required by law.
Call recording & monitoring
Calls to our helpline may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and legal compliance. Where required by state law, you will be informed at the start of the call. If you don't want to be recorded, you may decline and end the call.
Your choices & rights
- Access, correction, or deletion. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@travelsupport.shop. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request.
- Marketing communications. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
- Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, but you can control cookies via the site's cookie banner and your browser settings.
- Consent withdrawal. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Call recordings are typically retained for up to 24 months for quality and dispute purposes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
Travel Support is operated in the United States and intended for a US audience. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
